We’re building the infrastructure that helps the industry move faster, reach more people, and deliver on its promise. **Work model:** Flexible remote/hybrid (Remote US) **Location:** Remote (US) **Note:** Bestow uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility for newly hired employees. ### About the Team (IPC Engineering) The **IPC Engineering** team owns the custom implementation layer that powers Bestow’s carrier and enterprise partner onboarding. You’ll build integrations, data mappings, and tailored experiences that bring each new partner live on the Bestow platform. This is a high-accountability environment—**shipping means a carrier goes live**. ### About the Role You will: - Lead **frontend and full-stack implementation workstreams** for carrier and enterprise partner integrations, owning architecture and delivery from kickoff through production - Architect and implement **scalable UI layers and API integrations**, establishing reusable patterns for partner-facing surfaces - Author **high-quality RFCs** with minimal guidance - Turn one-off partner work into **reusable, maintainable patterns** that reduce build time for future implementations - Partner with **Implementation Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and TPMs** to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical plans - Provide technical leadership through **code reviews** and substantive architectural feedback - Champion a **consumer-first mindset** for intuitive, maintainable partner experiences - Drive engineering excellence with comprehensive **testing strategies** (unit, integration, end-to-end) - Maintain a **security-first mindset**, identifying non-compliant code and ensuring security requirements are met - Define **AI coding tool standards and best practices**, balancing productivity with quality guardrails and measuring effectiveness over time ### Your Experience - **5+ years** professional software development with significant depth in **React** and **TypeScript** - Strong full-stack capability with professional experience in **Go or Python** - Understanding of **GraphQL architecture** (schema design, performance optimization, resolver patterns) - Ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end (scoping, RFC authorship, delivery with cross-functional partners) - Experience designing and consuming **gRPC/REST APIs** and building reliable integration layers - Track record delivering **accessible, performant, production-ready** frontend solutions - Experience with modern frontend tooling (component libraries, build systems, **CI/CD**) - Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Peer feedback indicating strong technical leadership and collaboration - Experience with **distributed systems or microservices** (preferred) - Advocate for **CI/CD** and incremental delivery - Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for **security, maintainability, and architectural alignment** ### Total Rewards (Highlights) - Competitive salary a
