We operate at the intersection of mission and innovation across federal markets—delivering digital-first capabilities in application development, digital transformation, enterprise IT, and scientific services. --- ## Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Hybrid | Washington, DC) The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer supports the design, development, testing, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise business applications in a modern cloud-based environment. Working under the direction of the Senior Lead Developer and Technical Lead, you’ll build secure, scalable software solutions using **Microsoft technologies**, modern web frameworks, cloud services, and **Agile** practices. --- ## Responsibilities ### Application Development - Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise web applications - Build responsive UIs using **React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript** - Develop backend services using **Python** and **C#/.NET** - Design and implement **RESTful APIs** and system integrations - Participate in modernization of legacy applications ### Database Development - Develop **SQL queries**, stored procedures, and database objects - Support **SQL Server** and **PostgreSQL** databases - Assist with data migration and performance optimization ### Cloud & DevOps - Support application deployment within **Microsoft Azure** - Participate in **CI/CD** pipeline execution and release activities - Use **Git** and **Azure DevOps** for source control and work management - Support automated testing and deployment activities ### Operations & Maintenance - Troubleshoot software defects and production issues - Perform enhancements and bug fixes - Support system documentation and knowledge transfer - Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives) ### Security & Quality - Develop software aligned with secure coding standards - Support application security testing and vulnerability remediation - Participate in peer code reviews - Support **Section 508** accessibility compliance --- ## Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field - **5+ years** of professional software development experience - Experience developing applications using **C#/.NET and/or Python** - Experience with **React** and modern JavaScript frameworks - Experience with **Microsoft SQL Server** and relational databases - Experience developing **RESTful APIs** - Experience with **Microsoft Azure** (or comparable cloud platforms) - Experience using **Git** and **Azure DevOps** - Experience working in **Agile** software development teams - Ability to obtain and maintain a **Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Background Investigation** --- ## Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Certified: **Azure Developer Associate** - **PL-900** (Power Platform Fundamentals) - Experience with **Power Apps** and **Power Automate** - Experience with **PostgreSQL** - Experience supporting **Federal Government IT** programs --- ## Desired Competencies - C#/.NET development, Python development - React & JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 - REST API development - SQL Server & PostgreSQL - Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git source control - Agile development, problem solving, team collaboration - Continuous learning --- ## Compensation & Benefits - **Salary Range:** $120,000 - $145,000 annually (comme
