Learn more at corporate.pokemon.com and pokemon.com **The Role** Lead a high-impact engineering team establishing and evolving shared consent and preference capabilities across the Pokémon digital ecosystem. You'll own the roadmap and delivery of platforms, preference centers, consent-management services, APIs, and technical controls supporting customer choices across websites, authenticated experiences, marketing platforms, and global digital initiatives. **What You'll Do** • Lead and develop a high-performing Software Engineering team delivering shared digital platform capabilities • Establish and drive the Consent Management platform roadmap, translating business, privacy, and regulatory requirements into clear priorities • Create alignment across Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Data Governance, and Marketing Technology stakeholders • Drive consistency in consent implementation across fan-facing touchpoints • Own delivery outcomes with clear visibility of progress, milestones, risks, and KPIs • Guide architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, reliable platforms • Lead cross-functional planning and multi-team coordination • Ensure auditability, identity, data stewardship, security, and privacy considerations • Balance investment across new capabilities, modernization, and operational resilience • Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and mentoring • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement **What You'll Bring** • 2-5 years leading and managing engineering teams or complex technical initiatives • 5+ years building, operating, or overseeing modern multi-tier digital applications in production • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • Experience designing API-driven platforms integrating customer experiences and identity systems • Strong understanding of data management principles and lifecycle • Working knowledge of consent management, privacy engineering, and data governance • Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS EKS, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB) • Proven ability to lead teams, influence across matrixed organizations, and resolve challenges • Strong communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders • Results-oriented mindset with customer focus and commitment to execution • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian products **Compensation** Base Salary Range: $141,048 - $187,669 (new hires); Full range: $141,048 - $254,045 per year **How You'll Be Successful** • Passion for Pokémon and understanding its impact on culture and communities • Approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and embrace learning from failure • Lead with empathy, integrity, and respect for diverse perspectives • Maintain high standards and commitment to continuous improvement
