**Software Engineer, Frontend, Growth** **About Ramp** Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. We hire builders with high agency who own problems end-to-end. **What You'll Do** • Lead implementation of complex projects for Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing • Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library • Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement • Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained • Collaborate with paid ads and growth teams on A/B testing landing pages for multi-channel lead generation **What You Need** • Minimum 5 years as a front-end or design engineer (ideally on marketing sites) • Strong React, CSS, and modern framework skills (Next.js, Tailwind) • Portfolio demonstrating previous work • Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows • Experience maintaining reusable component libraries • Stellar communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Desire to work in fast-paced environments and continuously grow **Nice to Have** • SEO knowledge and best practices • Web animations (GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling • CMS experience (e.g., Sanity) **Benefits** (varies by location) Flexible PTO, home office equipment, health & wellness stipend, 401(k)/pension, parental leave, and more.
