We combine trading excellence with technological innovation through our proprietary trading platform, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and professional excellence. **The Role** Join our Project Management Office this summer as a PMO Data Engineering Intern. You'll work with real operational data to build tools that support how teams plan, track, and make decisions—gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment. **What You'll Work On** • **Data Pipelines** — Build scripts that pull data from internal systems and APIs, then clean and organize it for analysis • **Data Modeling** — Structure raw data into clear, relational models that support reporting and trend analysis • **Applied AI & Automation** — Leverage LLMs or machine learning to automate text analysis and enhance data quality • **Scenario Analysis** — Create "what-if" models to explore how changes in staffing or resources impact team goals • **Dashboards & Insights** — Turn data into dashboards and visuals that tell a clear story • **Production Experience** — Write clean, reliable code with best practices in testing, documentation, and maintainability **What We're Looking For** • **Python Experience** — Hands-on experience with Python, especially Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis and transformation • **Data Basics** — Understanding of relational databases (tables, keys, basic normalization) • Curiosity and motivation to learn in a collaborative environment
