We combine trading excellence with technological innovation through our proprietary trading platform, competing at the highest levels in global markets. **The Internship** Join our core development team for a fast-paced, dynamic 10-week full-time paid C++/software engineering internship. You'll design solutions to complex problems, work on impactful projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and participate in corporate training and team-building activities. This program is a proven path to full-time opportunities after graduation. **What You'll Do** • Develop, test, and deploy software solutions under senior technologist guidance • Work with large datasets and research innovative techniques to solve complex problems • Leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code to navigate codebases and accelerate development • Communicate ideas effectively and incorporate feedback for collaboration **Required Qualifications** • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or adjacent field • Graduation dates between April 2024 and August 2026 • Excellent C++ programming and design skills • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming • Exposure to network programming (TCP/IP) and multi-threaded applications
