## Strategic Projects Lead — Frontier Data (Roboflow) ### About Roboflow Roboflow is building the visual cortex for AGI. Millions of developers and leading enterprises use Roboflow to accelerate research and real-world applications across computer vision. ### What You’ll Do As a **Strategic Projects Lead** on our **Frontier Data team**, you’ll own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments we ship to leading AI labs. Each engagement runs through you—from intake to final shipment: - Own delivery from **intake → execution → review → final shipment** - Build processes that ensure **quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced** - Interface with **researchers and engineers** at leading AI labs to shape data products - **Plan and manage capacity** across contributor and reviewer networks ### Who You Are You’re a highly organized operator with strong ownership and a bias toward action. - Practical experience with **agents, evaluations, or RL workflows** - Outstanding **organization, judgment, and communication** - **Nice to have:** exposure to data labeling/annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines ### Where You’ll Work Roboflow is fully distributed with hubs in: - **San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil** Roboflow Labs works **in person in San Francisco**, and the company hosts **full retreats twice per year**. ### Compensation & Benefits - Target base salary: **$150,000 – $300,000** (commensurate with experience) - **Equity** in the company - Total cash comp expected to scale with growth of Roboflow Labs Highlights: - Generous stipends (travel, productivity, tools, meals, office) - **Up to 100%** of health insurance costs covered - **Unlimited PTO** (minimum **2 weeks annually**) - **12 weeks parental leave** ### Equal Opportunity Roboflow is an **Equal Opportunity Employer** committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. ### Next Steps If you’re not sure this is you, we still encourage you to apply—our team will review your application and follow up.
