## Director, AI Solutions ### Overview Join Wpromote’s AI team as a **Director of AI Solutions**, reporting into the **Head of AI Strategy & Innovation**. This is a **forward-deployed, client-facing** role where you’ll design and deliver AI solutions that **automate real workflows**, **sharpen decision-making**, and **extend Polaris IQ’s intelligence layer**. ### What You’ll Do - **Design, build, and ship** AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and create new capabilities for internal teams and clients. - **Own the full lifecycle** of deployed AI solutions: concepting, building, maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming. - **Architect secure integrations** with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems. - Partner with **Client Strategy, Product Management, Data Engineering, and clients** to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into deployed solutions. - In the near future, **manage and develop 1–3 AI Strategists / AI Engineers** (coaching, brief/work review, and growth planning). ### What You Must Have - **7+ years of experience in marketing** (agency-side or brand-side) in roles focused on **client service/account management, product, or technology**. - **2+ years of hands-on experience** shipping and operating **enterprise production AI systems**, including: - Agentic orchestration - Tool-use protocols (**MCP**) - API integration - SQL/data warehouse fluency (**BigQuery preferred**) - Experience **managing and developing early-career talent**. - Strong communication skills—able to translate technical approaches into value for **executives and non-technical stakeholders**. - Experience collaborating with **Dev/Engineering and Product** teams. - A **first-principles problem solver** who can manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to build. ### Location / Work Model - **Remote-first** with office hubs in **Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York**. - This role may be performed remotely in most US states (with some exclusions). ### Compensation - **Anticipated annual salary:** **$135,000 – $165,000** (based on factors including experience, education, certifications, scope, market dynamics, and location). - **Total compensation** includes benefits and an **annual performance bonus** (target bonus component; not guaranteed). ### Benefits (Highlights) - Unlimited PTO - Extended Holiday break (Winter) - Flexible schedules - Work from anywhere options* - 100% paid parental leave - 401(k) matching - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Pet Insurance - Sponsored life insurance - Short Term Disability insurance and additional voluntary insurance - Annual Class Pass credits and more ### Additional Notes - **Not eligible for immigration sponsorship**. - **Job scam notice:** Wpromote recruiting communications are only sent through official channels via **wpromote.com** email addresses.
