Everything we do is engineered for ambition. **Lifecycle Experience Team** The Lifecycle Experience team builds a best-in-class customer experience for onboarding to Adyen’s platform. The product is a one-stop solution to unlock access to a wide range of financial products and services, including: - Identifying and verifying customer data - Connecting payout accounts - Ensuring compliance with local and global regulations - Securing legal entity data in motion and at rest At a high level, the team builds and maintains both **API and UI integration** methods, improving automation and compliance processes. Work can range from adding fields, integrating with internal/third-party services for data enhancement, and preparing launches in new regions. **What you’ll do** - Work in a full-stack team (Frontend, Backend, Data) balancing robust design with lean development - Primarily build **user interfaces** using **Vue.js** to deliver an excellent user experience - Own the full lifecycle of your developments: architecture, stakeholder communication, automated testing, iteration, and monitoring impact - Contribute ideas and bring your own perspective on engineering best practices - Identify and improve parts of the platform to make it more robust and scalable - Ship fast and iterate often—bringing live functionality within your first few weeks - Collaborate across teams and time zones to deliver projects **Minimum qualifications** - 3+ years of software development experience - Full professional proficiency in English - Office-first culture: hybrid work model; expect to be in the office at least **3 days/week** - Strong team player who communicates and collaborates effectively **Location / Work model** - Based out of the **Chicago office** - Hybrid workplace; **no remote-only roles** **Compensation** - Annual base salary range: **$154,000.00 – $200,000.00** **What’s next** - Adyen aims to respond within **5 business days** - Interview process typically takes about **4 weeks** (may vary by role) *Adyen is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourages candidates who may not meet 100% of qualifications to apply.*
