Our mission is simple: **we help you learn.** We’re looking for an **Engineer** to join our **iOS team**, with experience developing great apps on Apple platforms (**iOS, iPadOS, macOS**). **What You’ll Do** - Build new features that integrate deeply with iOS and macOS - Design, code, test, debug, modernize, and document new and existing systems - Balance product and technology needs through active and open collaboration - Participate in code reviews - Identify risk and propose mitigation strategies for new and existing systems - Solve technical problems and learn new technologies and methodologies - Communicate progress effectively to stakeholders (product, design, support, QA, and management) - Collaborate across engineering and the organization to deliver stellar features and address technical issues **What You Need** - 2+ years of experience developing, optimizing, and shipping high-performance applications - Experience with **Swift** and Apple technologies - Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate within and across teams - Passion for solutions, with humility in the face of opposing ideas **Compensation** - Target base pay: **$120k–$180k** (final offer depends on knowledge, skills, and experience) **Work Model** - Hybrid: minimum **two days onsite** at our **downtown San Francisco** office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week **Benefits** - Competitive compensation (base salary, bonuses, profit sharing) - Equity awards (Stock Options) - Comprehensive healthcare **fully covered** for you and your family (medical, dental, vision) - Flexible work and vacation schedules - 401k with matching contributions - Matching gifts to nonprofits - Lunch stipend (when working from HQ) - Public transit stipend - Home workstation reimbursement - ISP stipend - Monthly phone bill stipend Notability is an **Equal Opportunity employer** committed to diversity and inclusivity.
