## Software Engineer, Data Integration ### In Brief We’re a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. Join us in transforming healthcare from reactive to proactive. You’ll spearhead the engineering effort to build the bridge between massive, complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and our Bayesian platform—delivering critical, real-time insights that help clinicians save lives. ### What You’ll Do - **Build data integrations & ingestion pipelines** that feed the Bayesian platform with real-time clinical data. - **Implement integration testing & troubleshooting** (including automated data-layer tests) and work with client technical teams to resolve issues. - **Own production deployment & go-live support**: collaborate on build/config promotion to production and serve as the technical point of contact for data integration issues during go-live week. - **Develop integration tooling & automation**, leveraging LLMs and automation to increase integration efficiency and velocity as we scale. - **Collaborate cross-functionally** with an Implementation Lead, Clinical Integration, and client technical teams to align your workstream with the overall integration effort. ### Minimum Qualifications - **BS in Computer Science** (or equivalent practical experience) - **3+ years** building and deploying **data pipelines to production**, including integration with external APIs (**Python preferred**) - Strong ability to investigate and resolve **data correctness issues end-to-end** across services, storage, and external data sources - Experience with **cloud** (AWS, Azure, etc.) and **relational databases** (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) in production - Experience writing **automated integration tests** for production systems - Strong communicator who can collaborate across functions and align with stakeholders (e.g., Project/Product Managers) ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with **health data**, **EHR integrations**, and interoperability standards such as **HL7v2** and **FHIR** - Experience with production deployments and supporting systems through go-live (on-call/support rotation) - Experience working with **enterprise customers** - Experience building internal tooling/automation, including leveraging **LLMs** ### Equal Opportunity Bayesian Health provides equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
