**Sr. Software Engineer II - Full Stack** **About Allocate** Building the operating system for private markets. Our platform supports 350+ advisory firms and 1,500+ GP relationships with $5B+ in assets. **The Role** Ship full-stack features end-to-end: Postgres schema → C# APIs → Vue/TypeScript interfaces. Work in a small, autonomous cross-functional squad. We're AI-first—use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools as core workflow, but you own every line that ships. **What You'll Own** • **Frontend**: Build rich UX in Vue.js/TypeScript for client and admin portals • **Backend**: Design C#/.NET APIs and schema with performance in mind • **AI-First Delivery**: Own features end-to-end; evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools **What Success Looks Like** Within 90 days: ship production features spanning schema, API, and UI. Work is correct, stable, and security-compliant on first pass. Operate autonomously. Measurably raise the team's AI-assisted development bar. **Required Experience** • 5–10 years building web applications; 5+ years OOP (C#, Java, or similar) • 3+ years C#; 2+ years REST APIs • 3+ years Vue.js; 1+ years TypeScript • 5+ years SQL databases (Postgres preferred); schema design for performance • Track record of correct, stable, security-compliant frontend software • Real production experience shipping with AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) • Basic AWS (S3, CloudFront, ECS/EKS); Git proficiency • Autonomy, ownership, entrepreneurial mindset • BS in CS or equivalent real-world experience **Nice to Have** ASP.NET Web API, ORM (Dapper, Entity Framework), FluentMigrator, agentic workflows, Docker, CI pipelines, DevOps (Terraform, AWS) **Our Values** World-class client experience.
