**Workday Reporting Specialist** **About the Role** Build and maintain Workday reporting solutions partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact reporting that supports business decision-making. Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting, data governance, and workforce analytics. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, build, and optimize complex enterprise-level Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and RaaS) • Act as trusted partner to HRBPs and executive leaders, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across Workday analytics • Lead initiatives to automate recurring workflows and leverage APIs/integrations • Develop documentation for reporting logic and manage user adoption • Mentor junior team members and handle ad-hoc analytics and troubleshooting **Requirements** • 5-7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS • Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and dashboards • Expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting solutions **Benefits** • Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan • Flexible paid time off • Parental and medical leave programs • Employee Stock Participation Plan • Mental health support and Employee Assistance Program **Equity & Compensation** Eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
