You'll direct coding agents daily using our custom agent framework, defining what "done" means while agents handle the typing. You'll take features from acceptance criteria to production, working across Java/Spring, MySQL, and TypeScript/React. **What You'll Do** • Build and ship features with AI coding agents (Claude Code, etc.) • Work across our full stack: Java, Spring, MySQL, TypeScript, React • Write tests and acceptance criteria for agent-driven development • Review and ship code with your team • Improve skills and guardrails based on real feedback • Monitor metrics and learn from production outcomes **Your First 90 Days** • **Days 1-30:** Ship to production in week one; several features live by month end • **Days 30-60:** Take on larger features; improve team tools • **Days 60-90:** Handle ambiguous features; contribute to technical design **What You'll Bring** • Evidence of shipped software (internships, projects, open source, hackathons) • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools on non-trivial work • Proficiency in Java or TypeScript; understanding of full-stack web apps • Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms • Clear written communication • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (recent or expected) **Nice to Have** • Portfolio showing finished projects, especially agent-built work • Experience with Java, Spring, React, SQL, or NoSQL • Experience writing prompts or evaluations for LLM tools • Track record of finishing what you start **Location & Compensation** 📍 Mountain View, CA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Thu in office) 💰 $43.00 - $59.00/hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible) **Why Study.com** Inc.
