**Software Engineer - Enterprise Platform** **About Baseten** Baseten powers mission-critical inference for leading AI companies like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. Recently raised $1.5B Series F led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. **The Role** Build enterprise capabilities enabling large organizations to succeed on Baseten. Work on identity and access management, billing, regional isolation, and deployment options across the full stack. **Key Initiatives** • Fine-grained authorization for users, service accounts, and agentic workloads • SSO and SCIM support for centralized access management • Advanced billing platform expansion and spend controls • Compliance enforcement (data residency, HIPAA) • Private connectivity and network security • Single-tenant and on-prem deployment options **Responsibilities** • Lead complex engineering initiatives from design through launch • Make architectural decisions balancing near-term needs with long-term scalability • Partner with product, design, and customer teams • Establish strong engineering practices for quality and security • Provide technical leadership and mentorship **Requirements** • Experience with enterprise software: IAM, billing systems, multi-tenant isolation, private connectivity, or compliance • Proven ability to lead technical projects and operate systems at scale • Full-stack capability (product code to cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure) • Preferred: AI or data-intensive infrastructure experience **Benefits** • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity • 100% medical, dental, vision coverage (U.S.) • Flexible PTO + company Winter Break • Paid parental leave • Family-building stipend (Carrot) • 401(k) facilitation (U.S.) *Equal Opportunity Employer*
