Backed by Khosla Ventures, Accel, Google Ventures, and notable technical leaders. **THE WORK** As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll work across dynamic pods that reform quarterly: • Product Engineering • Agent Engineering (context engineering, tool design) • Agent Platform (harness engineering, eval systems) • Platform & Infrastructure • Agent Data (accurate & low latency external data) • Atlas (AI systems powering recruiting, sales, engineering) **KEY PROBLEMS** • Managing agent state over long horizons • Designing tool abstractions for agents • Extracting signal from long-running agent trajectories • Engineering systems optimized for agent workflows • Ensuring user comfort with nondeterministic systems **WHO SUCCEEDS HERE** ✓ First principles & systems thinking ✓ Deep domain understanding ✓ Ownership of outcomes (RP accountability) ✓ Initiative & agency in decision-making ✓ Excited about coding agents & frontier ML applications **NON-NEGOTIABLES** • In-person in Flatiron, NYC (5 days/week) • Excited about working with coding agents • Passionate about agents applied to real economy problems **BENEFITS** Premium medical/dental/vision • Life insurance • Mental health support • 100% Wellhub Gold coverage • Unlimited PTO + 12 holidays • Daily meal stipends • $300 desk setup allowance • 401(k) • Team culture & activities
