Based in Tribeca, NYC. **What You'll Do** • Embed directly with external parties (TPAs, Record-Keepers, HR/Payroll processors) • Rapidly understand operational issues and build end-to-end full stack products • Engage with technical teams and executives **Required** • 2+ years forward deployed / solutions engineering experience • Strong full stack software engineering skills • Proficiency in: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript • React proficiency **Preferred** • Fintech or early-stage tech company experience • Analytical approach to business/operational problem-solving • Interest in technology and business operations intersection **Cultural Fit** • Passionate about solving big social problems pragmatically • Comfortable with complexity and financial markets • Eager to learn new technologies • Adaptable across the tech stack • Autonomous, high-agency, accountable • Thrives in fast-paced environments • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Available for in-office work in NYC **Learn More:** https://www.basiccapital.com/
