Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Tel Aviv, and Berlin. --- **The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco** You’ll build **Moloco’s mobile Ads SDK**, enabling publishers (app developers) to monetize their mobile applications—directly impacting Moloco’s revenue. This role is highly cross-functional across **client SDK**, **backend integrations**, and **cross-platform tooling**. You may also work with external customers and collaborate closely with engineering teams. --- **The Opportunity** - Design, architect, and build a state-of-the-art **Ads SDK** for Moloco’s supported platforms. - Stay current with **iOS updates** and maintain the SDK. - Lead technology evolution and requirements across major app platforms, contributing to shared logic and architecture decisions spanning **iOS and Android**. - Partner with backend and infrastructure teams on **APIs, telemetry, and services** that power the SDK end-to-end. - Support customers with SDK integrations, including maintaining **customer-facing SDK documentation**. - Help grow the team through feedback and **mentoring junior engineers**. - Collaborate with cross-platform teams across global offices (e.g., Seattle, Seoul, London, Beijing, San Francisco) to deliver new customer features. --- **How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree. - **5+ years** as a software engineer, with strong **iOS** experience. - Proficiency in **Swift and/or Objective-C**. - Expert-level understanding of **multithreading** and **networking**. - Understanding of **iOS internals**, compilers, and optimization for lower-power devices. - Full-stack curiosity (comfortable across client, server, and tooling layers—not just native UI). - Experience with **agile** methodologies and high-level design principles. - Passion for mobile platforms and staying up-to-date with platform developments. --- **Preferred Skills** - Android development (**Kotlin/Java**) or cross-platform frameworks (**React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform**)—dual iOS/Android fluency is a plus. - Experience building and distributing **CocoaPods, Carthage, and/or Swift Package Manager** libraries. - Experience publishing apps to the **App Store** and/or **Google Play**. - Experience with **MRAID** and/or **VAST**. - Experience building and distributing **React Native** and/or **Unity** plugins. - Backend or full-stack experience is a plus. --- **Compensation & Benefits (U.S.)** U.S.-based employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; short-term and long-term disability coverage; basic life insurance; and well-being benefits and perks.
