We’re engineers, operators, and creatives solving complex, interdisciplinary challenges. ### About the Role You’ll **own basepowercompany.com end-to-end**—the **code, design, copy, and metrics**. You’ll work closely with **Growth, Design, and Marketing** to turn campaigns and product launches into web experiences that perform. This is a great fit if you’re comfortable in **Figma and your terminal**, and you’re frustrated by organizations where design and engineering don’t collaborate. ### What You’ll Do - **Own basepowercompany.com end-to-end**: architecture, design, copy, and performance - **Build and ship pages** in **Next.js, React, and Tailwind** (landing pages, campaign pages, product launches, and iterative improvements) - Maintain **visual consistency** and **brand quality** across pages and breakpoints - **Write and shape website copy** in Base’s voice with Marketing and Design - **Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments** to improve conversion, engagement, and member quality - Own **technical SEO and site performance**: Core Web Vitals, structured data, page speed, and crawlability - Build and maintain a **component library** to speed up future development - Build **AI-powered web features** and design the workflows (prompts, agents, data pipelines) - Collaborate across **Growth, Design, Product, and Engineering** to translate business goals into web experiences ### What You’ll Bring - **5–8 years** working at the intersection of web design and front-end development (with a strong portfolio) - Production-quality **Next.js, React, and Tailwind** experience (shipped real work) - Strong design instincts: **typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion** (you notice details) - Comfort writing and editing copy (you can shape headlines) - Hands-on **PostHog** experience (feature flags, session replay, experiments, funnel analysis) - Comfort building with **AI** (workflows, prompting, integrating AI into production) - Strong SEO/performance fundamentals: **Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML, structured data, rendering strategies** - Proficiency in **Figma** (fluid between design and code) - **Self-directed**: can hold the full scope and ship without constant oversight ### About the Team The **Growth team** turns interest into action. basepowercompany.com is a critical acquisition surface where homeowners decide whether to trust Base.
