You will: • Design and build data pipelines transforming raw operational data into actionable insights • Own automation of critical compliance reporting, notices, and regulatory submissions • Develop customer-facing reporting systems (statements, analytics, portfolio insights) • Build and maintain data warehouse infrastructure ensuring quality and accessibility • Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and code reviews **Required** • Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT workflows • Proficiency with SQL and data modeling for analytics/reporting • Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and transformation tools (dbt) • Data visualization tools and dashboard building (Looker, Tableau, Hex, Metabase) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Proficiency in: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript • Experience with modern build systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) **Preferred** • Fintech or early-stage tech company experience • Understanding of financial data, ledgers, and accounting principles • Kotlin backend experience • Temporal for asynchronous workflow orchestration **Cultural Fit** Passionate about solving social problems pragmatically.
