We're a Great Place to Work, earning recognition from Built In and Stevie Awards. **About the Role** We seek a hands-on Principal MLOps Engineer & Functional Lead to architect and scale next-generation ML and Generative AI infrastructure. You'll design unified, automated, secure AI ecosystems for enterprise-scale training and deployment of predictive and Generative/Agentic AI systems. **What You'll Do** • Design and maintain scalable ML and data pipelines for CI/CD and model deployments • Architect enterprise feature store and vector store infrastructure for low-latency retrieval • Build workflow orchestration layers for complex model training and data processing • Lead Generative AI infrastructure for LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows • Optimize high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines with advanced caching • Establish lifecycle management policies using enterprise model registry • Architect cost-efficient AWS infrastructure with autoscaling for dynamic workloads • Implement real-time endpoint monitoring for performance, drift, and health metrics • Define coding standards, architectural blueprints, and operational SLAs • Mentor senior engineers and foster innovation culture **What You'll Bring** • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field • 12+ years professional experience in data/ML engineering • 5+ years building and scaling MLOps platforms in production • Deep hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS • Expert Python proficiency with production TensorFlow and PyTorch experience **Compensation & Benefits** $158,000 - $294,000/year (based on experience and qualifications) Bonus/commission eligibility, comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, 401(k) with employer match **Why Join Us** Industry-leading products, fast growth, flexible culture, talented teammates, community service opportunities, competitive benefits
