**Manager for ERM Technology & Security Operations** **Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree (or higher) • 4+ years progressive IT operations, systems administration, cybersecurity, or technology project management experience • Experience developing, deploying, or maintaining custom API connections (RESTful, SOAP) • Proficiency with programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) • Valid NYS Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record **Preferred Qualifications:** • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Higher education or large public sector experience • Project management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster) or ITIL • Electronic physical security platform experience (access control, IP video, dispatch systems) • BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) • Emergency response or disaster recovery background **Key Responsibilities:** **IT & Technical Operations Leadership** • Senior technical escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and system issues • Oversee IT service delivery, technical support workflows, and junior staff guidance • Manage specialized systems, workstations, and peripherals in emergency/dispatch environments • Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance **Systems Integration & API Development** • Design, develop, and maintain custom API connections and scripts • Ensure data integrity and system interoperability • Contribute to access control leadership initiatives • Automate IT operational workflows **Project Management & Analytics** • Lead technology deployment projects with tracking and resource management • Build operational dashboards and custom reports • Identify bottlenecks and support risk mitigation • Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis **Physical Security Systems** • Coordinate testing and maintenance of access control, surveillance, and emergency notification systems • Evaluate new security technologies and IoT devices **Position Details:** Full-time, FLSA Exempt | $4,000 annual location pay | Essential position
