The Offensive Security team is the central hub for Offensive Security operations and for understanding the current state of “what’s possible” and “how likely” against Robinhood people, processes, and systems. As an **Offensive Security Intern**, you’ll work to hack all the things at Robinhood and meaningfully contribute to the maturity of a world-class Offensive Security program. **Location:** Bellevue or Menlo Park office — **in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week**. --- ## What you’ll do - Hack AI services, models, and pipelines - Target cloud, Kubernetes, and macOS systems - Find and exploit bugs in smart contracts - Build infrastructure and tooling --- ## What you bring - Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in **Winter 2027 / Spring 2028** - Coursework in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security / Cybersecurity - Passion for CTFs, research, and hacking challenges - Collaboration to drive change within, and beyond, the Security organization - Basic technical experience with pentesting and/or application security - Exposure to modern tech stacks: **Linux, macOS, Go, Python** --- ## What we offer - Market competitive compensation structure - Quarterly lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning & development, and more - Time away including company holidays, paid time off, and sick time - Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits --- ## Pay transparency (hourly) The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
