## Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced **IT Operations Service Owner Lead** to provide technical leadership, contractor management, direction, administration, and leadership for **SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM)** in support of **USSOCOM**. **You will be responsible for:** - Assigning tasks to contractor personnel and supervising ongoing SITEC 3 EOM technical efforts - Coordinating with the **USSOCOM TPOC** and managing overall **site service delivery performance** - Ensuring efficiency of: - System and Network Infrastructure Services - End-User and Common Device Services - Service Management (technical issues and business processes) - Managing and responding to Government issues, concerns, and comments - Proactively alerting the Government to potential contractual/programmatic/resource limitations - Serving as the main interface between USSOCOM end customers, applicable SITEC3 EOM USASOC SOL/DPM, and supported Component/TSOC J6/G6 leadership - Managing contractor and subcontractor staff on site, ensuring staff development, and coordinating with third-party vendors as needed - Organizing, directing, and managing support functions for multiple, complex, inter-related project tasks within assigned site(s) - Reviewing task plans and deliverables, and managing schedules aligned with budget - Providing guidance and direction to personnel; developing/presenting briefings, preparing correspondence, and submitting project status reports **Typical responsibilities include:** - Management, leadership, development, and retention of the infrastructure and operations technology team (training, mentoring, performance coaching) - Supporting USASOC SOL with reporting and day-to-day activity management - Customer success and relationship management with Component/TSOC leadership and USSOCOM TPOC - Participating in high-visibility discussions and translating technical matters for Peraton and USSOCOM leaders - Conducting periodic performance assessments and supporting vendor relationship management meetings - Building stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure cost-effective IT service delivery - Developing and improving site-specific IT processes, policies, and systems - Recommending improvements to enterprise service delivery and management processes - Tracking site project leaders and resolving major project roadblocks ## Qualifications ### Required Qualifications - **Minimum 12 years of experience** - **Active DoD TS/SCI clearance** - **5 years of experience managing IT professionals** - Experience with site-specific logistics and technical challenges in a dynamic environment - Experience working on global, enterprise-wide projects with local and long-distance Government personnel ### Desired Qualifications - Experience with **IT Service Delivery** using an **ITIL/ITSM** framework similar in size/scope/complexity - Certifications in one or more cloud service provider umbrellas: **AWS / Azure / Other** - Experience (assigned or working with) the **SOF community** ## Location - **Fort Benning, GA** ## Target Salary Range - **$104,000 – $166,000** (typical range; final offer depends on factors including experience, education, location, and contract/business considerations) ## EEO Equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veterans, or other characteristics protected by law.
