**Customer Technical Support Representative 6 (SCA)** **Overview** Tier 2 SME role providing advanced sustainment, deployment, and lifecycle support for Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Health Care Delivery (HCD) mobile and web applications across deployed, operational, and enterprise environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for escalated incidents • Sustainment and operational support for HCD capability components • Support deployment activities including environment prep, configuration, and testing • Collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and platform operations teams • Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics • Maintain expertise in MDM platforms and DoD mobility standards • Develop documentation (SOPs, guides, checklists) • Support change management and release readiness processes • Provide expert guidance to end users and support technicians • Ensure DoD cybersecurity and RMF compliance **Required Qualifications** • Experience supporting DoD health IT or operational medical applications (Tier 2/SME level) • Proficiency with iOS/Android, MDM/MAM solutions, and secure app deployment • System sustainment, incident response, and enterprise troubleshooting experience • DoD cybersecurity compliance knowledge (RMF, STIGs, PKI, mobile security) • Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills • US Citizen with Active Public Trust T3 Clearance (or ability to obtain) • Current IAT II certification (Security+) with Splunk CE certification • BS degree (0-2 years) or HS diploma (6-8 years experience) **Preferred Qualifications** • ITIL4/5 Foundations Certification • Military Health and Operational Medicine experience • ServiceNow (MHSSHD) ITSM familiarity • 4+ years enterprise application and IT service support **Location & Salary** San Antonio, TX or Falls Church, VA (remote possible with approval) **Salary Range:** $51,000 - $82,000 *Equal Opportunity Employer*
