**Sr. GTM Engineer, Outbound** **About the Role** Build AI agents, automations, and integrations that accelerate prospecting, sharpen targeting, and surface deal signals for SDR and AE teams. This senior individual contributor role measures success through qualified pipeline per rep, faster deal cycles, and eliminating manual work—your leverage comes from what you ship. **Key Responsibilities** • Automate prospecting with agents that research accounts, build lists, and draft personalized outreach at scale • Design sequencing intelligence optimizing send times, cadence, and messaging based on engagement data • Surface deal signals by mining call recordings and CRM activity for risk flags and buying signals • Own the outbound stack integration (Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Clearbit) • Build automations for forecasting and pipeline hygiene • Create evaluation frameworks for outreach quality, call summaries, and signal precision • Implement human-in-the-loop guardrails with logging and rollback paths • Coach SDRs, AEs, and RevOps through AI adoption with playbooks and templates **What You'll Bring** • 6+ years in sales development, sales operations, revenue operations, or systems engineering • Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents that moved pipeline or cycle-time metrics • Deep fluency with outbound stack (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chili Piper) • Strong prompt architecture and agent framework skills (n8n, Make, API/MCP integrations) • Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript • Builder's instinct paired with GTM judgment (quota, pipeline coverage, deal stages) • *Preferred:* AI evaluation frameworks, model fine-tuning, forecasting methodologies, coaching non-technical teams, B2B/enterprise SaaS background **Compensation & Benefits** **Base Salary:** $132,000–$182,000 USD (varies by location) **Equity & Rewards:** RSUs, ESPP **Time Off:** Flexible PTO, paid holidays, paid sick time, gender-neutral parental leave, grandparent leave **Insurance:** Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life/disability, FSA, voluntary benefits, EAP, legal, pet insurance, cancer care, travel medical **Perks:** Home office allowance, mobile reimbursement, wellness coach, gym reimbursement, fertility coverage, adoption/surrogacy reimbursement **Equal Opportunity Employer** SentinelOne does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, or other legally protected characteristics.
