The team builds and owns systems that help teams move quickly, trust their data, and focus on what matters most—helping customers grow. As Klaviyo scales, it’s rebuilding the marketing, sales, and CX stack around **agentic AI** as the operating model. ## About the role As a **Senior Lead Go-To-Market Architect**, you’ll be the domain expert for how Klaviyo’s **marketing, sales, and customer experience systems** work together—and how they should work differently once **AI agents** (not just dashboards and workflows) handle meaningful parts of the job. You’ll own architecture across: - **CRM (Salesforce)** - **Marketing automation** - **Sales engagement** - **Data enrichment** - **CS/support platforms** You’ll translate ambiguous GTM strategy into system architecture (including **data models, integration patterns, and agentic workflows**), drive the roadmap with GTM leadership, and stay hands-on to build, ship, and de-risk the hardest parts—not just diagram them.
