Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. ### What You’ll Do As a **Senior Software Engineer, Analytics**, you’ll work closely with client success, product managers, clinicians, data scientists, and other engineers to build infrastructure, frameworks, and tools that: - Improve client analytics - Facilitate clinical case reviews - Support product investigation This role is key to providing internal visibility into product performance—driving expansion of our clinical AI/ML module offerings and revenue growth. ### Responsibilities - **Product performance monitoring & optimization:** Build infrastructure, queries, and automation to monitor KPIs and success metrics across multiple clinical domains and clients. - **Clinical case review & investigation:** Create frameworks and tools to help the clinical team independently review and investigate client-reported cases and identify those needing further evaluation. - **Data platform & analytics foundations:** Propose and implement improvements to increase data platform scalability and elevate team analytics capabilities. - **Cross-functional product analytics development:** Partner with Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to align on company-level product analytics. ### Minimum Qualifications - BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline - **5+ years** building scalable, secure analytics infrastructure and tools on a cloud platform (preferably **AWS**) to produce monitoring metrics and investigational data from complex models/queries for live products - Proficient in **Python** and **SQL** - Deep knowledge of modern data/analytics technologies, including: - Cloud data warehouses - Transformation frameworks (e.g., **dbt**) - Workflow orchestration tools - BI tools (e.g., **Tableau** or **Quicksight**) - Experience integrating with existing infrastructure to enhance capabilities - Experience working with sensitive data containing **PHI/PII** - Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience leveraging **LLMs** in distributed data processing and analytics systems - Experience building analytics technology for clinical/health data - Ability to handle ambiguity in a startup environment ### Equal Opportunity Bayesian Health provides equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
