The Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™️ platform protects thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss by securely connecting users, devices, and applications in any location. **Role** We’re looking for a **Senior Manager, Software Engineering** to join our team in **San Jose, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office)**, reporting to the **Director of Engineering** in the **Exposure Management & Security Operations** department. In this role, you will **lead and grow a team of engineers** to deliver high-quality, scalable products in a security-focused environment—driving both **team performance** and **department-wide engineering excellence**. You’ll combine hands-on technical credibility with people leadership (developing talent, mentoring, removing roadblocks, and holding teams accountable).
