Our Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system—turns thousands of data streams into realtime 3D command and control centers. **About the Team** Anduril's Space team expands AI-powered capabilities into space, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control. We develop fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads. **The Role** Join our rapidly growing Space team in Costa Mesa, CA as an Early Career GNC Engineer. You'll contribute to analysis, design, simulation, and testing of satellite GNC subsystems across the full spacecraft lifecycle—from physics modeling and algorithm development to hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing and on-orbit operations. **What You'll Do** • Design and tune spacecraft GNC algorithms (ADCS, orbit determination, maneuver planning) • Develop and maintain 3-DOF and 6-DOF physics-based simulations with Monte Carlo analyses • Implement and test GNC algorithms in embedded C++ or Python with Flight Software teams • Support FlatSat and HITL testing, identifying anomalies and verifying performance • Cross-collaborate with Flight Software, Systems Engineering, and Hardware teams **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field • 0–2 years professional/internship/project experience (CubeSat teams, rocketry, aerospace projects) • Available to start full-time in 2026 • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Foundational knowledge in spacecraft dynamics, orbital mechanics, control theory, or astrodynamics • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or modern C++ • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Hands-on satellite design, integration, or operations experience • State estimation techniques (Extended Kalman Filters) and GNC hardware knowledge • Linux, Git, and CI/CD workflow experience • HITL testbed or FlatSat lab experience • Familiarity with orbital rendezvous, proximity operations, and docking (RPOD) **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary:** $112,000–$149,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits including health, recovery, and more.
