**Senior Director, Product Security** **About the Job** Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to the military—**in months, not years**. We’re seeking a **Director of Product Security** to lead the architecture and implementation of critical security features across our products and adjacent systems. You’ll secure a suite of advanced technologies, including **AI systems, command and control platforms, aerospace vehicles, and long-range sensors**. This is **not a typical AppSec role**. Anduril’s Product Security team enables the business to secure **autonomous systems, AI models running on edge hardware, and robotic platforms** operating in contested environments. You’ll provide hands-on security architecture and engineering leadership to ensure **mission assurance**. **What You’ll Do** - Own and mature the **security roadmap** across Anduril business lines and products - Lead Product Security teams and partner teams to ensure products are resilient against modern cyber threats - Collaborate with engineering teams to meet/exceed industry-standard security goals and advance the state of the art - Build strong partnerships to develop and execute a globally aligned roadmap across Anduril’s portfolio - Engage with teams to remediate weaknesses across **designs, implementations, integrations, and processes** - Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executives and partners - Own processes spanning **pre-market and post-market** security activities across the product development lifecycle **Required Qualifications** - Experience securing **embedded/cyber-physical systems**, leading security engineering teams, and operating where security failures have real-world consequences - Both strategic vision and technical depth; maintain active involvement in security architecture and implementation - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., **C/C++, Go, Rust, Python**) - Experience assessing security of **firmware, applications, networks, IoT, or embedded systems** - Experience developing security features for/improving **firmware, applications, networks, or embedded systems** - Familiarity with **anti-tamper** and **reverse engineering** mechanisms - Experience in **platform security engineering** and **secure SDLC** implementation - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated commitment to practical, mission-enabling security solutions - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a **U.S. TS clearance** **Preferred Qualifications** - Familiarity with security architectures of embedded, aerospace, or cyber-physical systems - Experience building/testing/delivering production-ready systems (especially embedded and/or Linux) - Experience with **programmable logic devices** and their development tools - Knowledge of cyber threat actors, their **TTPs**, and implications for weapon/space system operations - Experience securing complex **AI-native systems** - Experience conducting incident response in **cloud and embedded** systems **Eligibility / Privacy** - **U.S. Person status is required** (position needs access to export-controlled data). - To view Anduril’s candidate data privacy policy: https://anduril.com/applicant-privacy-notice/ **Salary Range (US)** **$253,000 — $336,
