**Appian Solutions Architect** **About Accenture Federal Services** At Accenture Federal Services, we help the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **The Work** - Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure timely and effective delivery of Appian requirements. - Manages all aspects of Appian, including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications. - Supports acceptance criteria definition and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Collaborates with technical teams to determine the best implementation approach (e.g., declarative vs. programmatic vs. AppExchange). - Leads requirements activities. - Leads functional design activities. - Responsible for declarative development (configuration, workflow, approval processing, reports, etc.). **Here’s What You Need** - 3+ years of Appian solutioning or architecture experience. - Experience translating future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements, aligned to organizational goals. - Proven experience proposing and estimating the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives. - Appian Certification. **Nice to Haves** - Advanced Appian certifications; experience implementing large-scale, enterprise-level Appian solutions with complex workflows and integrations. - Strong knowledge of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and integration with external systems (e.g., REST APIs, third-party platforms). - Experience with Agile development, cloud deployments (Appian Cloud, AWS, or Azure), and Appian reporting/analytics. **Pay Range (where applicable)** - **$100,200 — $203,400 USD** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Benefits are available; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.*
