Trusted by 55,000 companies and 1.8M+ equity holders in 160+ countries, and 10,000 funds and SPVs representing $250B+ in assets under management. **The Team You’ll Work With** The KYC (Know Your Customer) team builds the compliance infrastructure that powers every transaction in private markets—from LP onboarding to tender offers and transaction-level screening for Private Equity. The team screens over 1.5 million entities per year and is currently re-architecting a fragmented set of products into a unified KYC platform (greenfield build + strategic integration). You’ll join a small, senior team that balances startup-style execution with the rigor needed to ship at scale. **The Problems You’ll Solve** You’ll lead technically complex projects and act as a multiplier for your team. You will: - **Drive Implementation:** Lead complex technical projects from concept to production with high standards for performance and reliability. - **Simplify Systems:** Identify opportunities to simplify code and infrastructure with measurable business impact. - **Leverage Modern Tooling:** Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate workflow and improve code quality. - **Foster Growth:** Mentor and coach through diligent PR reviews and architectural guidance. - **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Partner with product and design to build the *right* solution for users—not just follow specs. **About You** - **Tech Stack:** Experience with (or desire to learn) **Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka**.
