**Sr AI Solutions Engineer** **About the Role** Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to transform business challenges into practical AI solutions. You'll collaborate across teams to uncover pain points, build rapid prototypes, and mentor colleagues. Your work spans three AI tracks: Assist (knowledge copilots), Automate (workflow agents), and Compose (low-code apps). **Key Responsibilities** • Discover and design AI solutions through stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping • Prototype Assist solutions using tools like Glean Search, Gemini for Workspace • Develop Automate solutions with Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n • Create Compose solutions—fullstack AI applications with full lifecycle ownership • Teach and evangelize through flight-school decks, labs, and office hours • Measure adoption and iterate based on outcomes **What You'll Bring** • 5+ years with data and APIs (SQL, REST, JSON, CSV) • Hands-on experience with Assist tools (Glean, Gemini, Claude Code) • Comfort with Automate tooling and API chaining • Cloud development experience (CircleCI, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) • Strong LLM prompt engineering and context engineering skills • CI/CD pipeline and deployment best practices knowledge • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience • Natural educator who can lead workshops and create self-serve guides **Why Join** • Pioneer a first-of-its-kind role shaping AI developer productivity • Drive AI adoption across Product, Engineering, and Ops • Make meaningful impact while leveling up your skills **Work Style** 3+ days in-office collaboration.
