**Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Productivity** **About the Role** The Enterprise Productivity team helps colleagues do their best work by providing reliable, secure, and easy-to-use workplace technology. You’ll lead the administration, reliability, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform stack, serving as the primary escalation point for complex admin-level incidents and acting as a technical steward for applications, integrations, and operational practices. **Responsibilities** - Oversee and continuously improve a broad portfolio of SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, Figma, Airtable, Coda, Miro, Trint, and other enterprise productivity tools. - Investigate and resolve complex incidents involving application access, configuration, identity, and integrations—driving root-cause analysis, remediation, and preventative follow-up. - Establish and maintain standards for user/group access, permissions, application configuration, lifecycle management, integrations, and administrative controls in partnership with security, IT, and partners. - Serve as a technical steward by defining ownership, documenting dependencies/configurations, assessing operational risk, and identifying opportunities to improve reliability, security, and user experience. - Design and improve repeatable processes, automation, monitoring, and documentation to make administration scalable and resilient. - Partner with vendors and internal teams to evaluate new applications, manage changes/releases, resolve escalated support issues, and inform decisions about the platform stack’s future. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teammates and help shape team standards and operating practices. - Demonstrate support for journalistic independence and a commitment to the mission of seeking truth and helping people understand the world. **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems engineering, SaaS administration, or a related IT operations role. - Professional experience administering enterprise SaaS applications (identity/access management, permissions, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and lifecycle processes). - Experience serving as an escalation point for complex technical incidents, including root-cause analysis, coordination, remediation, and prevention. - Strong systems-administration fundamentals across identity, email servers, authentication, directory services, collaboration platforms, endpoint environments, or server administration. - Hybrid role based in NYC headquarters, requiring in-office attendance three days per week. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working at a managed service provider (or similar environment) requiring rapid learning and technical ownership across a broad range of customer technologies. - Experience administering Google Workspace and collaboration/productivity platforms such as Slack, Microsoft 365, Figma, Airtable, Coda, Miro, or similar tools. - Experience administrating Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Office, and Windows or Linux server hosts. - Experience with scripting, APIs, automation, monitoring, identity governance, SaaS security, vendor management, or technology portfolio management. **Compensation & Benefits (Summary)** - Annual base pay range: **$130,000–$145,000 USD**. - Benefits may include medical/dental/vision, FSA, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, paid vacation/sick days, paid parental le
