## SITEC - Radiant One Identity Engineer (MacDill AFB, FL) ### Overview Peraton is seeking a **Radiant One Identity Engineer** to support the **Special Operations Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM** at **MacDill AFB (Florida)**. This role provides advanced tier three support aligned with the **SIE OPORD**, supporting **Operations & Maintenance (O&M)** for **Network Operations (NetOps)**, identity services, end-user/common device support, configuration/change/license/asset management, training, and **IMACs**. ### Key Responsibilities - Integrate **RadiantOne virtual directory infrastructure** with authoritative identity sources and target applications to enable **Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML)** operations. - Define and maintain **best practices** for virtual directory support, ensuring strict adherence to **SOCOM JML policies** and security compliance. - Oversee the full lifecycle of critical identity data services: **concept → deployment → ongoing maintenance** of the RadiantOne topology. - Implement and maintain **computed attributes**, **data correlations**, and **identity views** to meet enterprise authentication requirements. - Mentor Directory Service administrators and provide training on key virtual directory technologies. - Drive adoption of new technologies to improve **SIE mission readiness**. - Participate in working groups, **design reviews**, and system testing; produce and implement strategic recommendations. - Availability for **shift and weekend work** may be required. ### Technical Proficiency / Requirements - In-depth knowledge of **Radiant Logic (RadiantOne)** architecture, including **HDAP (Highly Available Directory Access Protocol)** and **persistent caching**. - Experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining **virtual directory services** in enterprise environments supporting **80K+ users** and integrating across globally distributed **Domain Controllers**. - Strong understanding of **LDAP routing**, **global schema mapping**, and **Master User Record (MUR)** concepts. - Ability to establish and troubleshoot **custom REST API integrations** for provisioning commands to downstream systems (e.g., **Active Roles Server**). - Proficiency writing custom **REST API calls** and scripting to automate identity lifecycle tasks. - Engineering mindset focused on **performance optimization**. - Strong system engineering processes, methodologies, and technical writing. ### Qualifications **Required Qualifications** - Experience based on education level: - **Min 12 years** with HS degree - **10 years** with AS/AA degree - **8 years** with BS/BA - **6 years** with MS/MA - **3 years** with PhD - **DoD 8570 IAT II** certification - **DoW TS/SCI clearance** - Must be **DoW 8140 compliant** under **Work Role Code 451 – System Administrator (Intermediate level or higher)** - At least **3 years** specifically with **Radiant Logic (RadiantOne)** or complex enterprise **Virtual Directory Services (VDS)** and **LDAP** environments - Experience managing identity aggregation platforms in multiple mission-critical environments - Implementation experience with top-tier security practices for identity data aggregation and provisioning - Prior **DoD/Enterprise** environment experience **Desired Qualifications (Preferred)** - Radiant Logic Certified Training (**Fundamentals, Sync, Advanced**) *(highly recommended)* **OR** - **CASP+ CE** **OR** **CISSP** **OR** - Microsoft Certified: **Identity a
