Their mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications (messages, pages, calls, alerts) to the right place at the right time. ### Role Overview PerfectServe is seeking a **QA Engineer** to ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of its products through **rigorous manual and automated testing**. This is an **individual contributor** role where you’ll deliver work independently, collaborate closely with development and product teams, and grow toward owning more complex problems—especially in a healthcare SaaS environment where **reliability and security directly impact patient care**. ### Core Responsibilities - **Technical** - Execute manual test cases - Document defects clearly - Write automation scripts - Apply API testing tools - Integrate tests in CI/CD - **Architecture & Design** - Understand the system under test - **Delivery & Execution** - Execute assigned test plans - Write your own test plans - Manage test coverage - Maintain QA environment integrity - **Quality & Standards** - Follow test standards - Ensure **HIPAA** test coverage - **Collaboration & Communication** - Participate in ceremonies - Partner with development engineers - Collaborate with the product team - Report defect status and communicate test results - Write test documentation - **Leadership & Mentorship** - Learn and apply QA best practices - **Strategy & Vision** - Understand release goals - Contribute to QA planning ### Qualifications (Required) - **2–4 years** of professional QA engineering experience - Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly - Experience with (details not included in the provided description)
