This internship is a direct pipeline to full-time roles after graduation. --- ## What You’ll Do - Explore and innovate with new AI models, frameworks, and developer tools to identify high-potential technologies for internal workflows. - Experiment and prototype engineering solutions by building AI-driven tools, automation, and assistants with senior mentorship. - Track metrics related to developer efficiency, tool adoption, and solution effectiveness. - Collaborate with engineers to share findings, demonstrate prototypes, and drive technology adoption. - Partner with traders and technologists to solve complex, high-impact problems. - Present your work to senior leaders and receive actionable feedback. --- ## What We’re Looking For **Students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees in:** - Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or other STEM fields. **Graduation Dates:** December 2026 – June 2027 **Required Skills / Experience:** - Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step AI workflows. - Interest or background in trading, fintech, or other performance-sensitive environments. - Strong software engineering fundamentals (currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Data Science, or related field). - Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, and/or Gemini. - Proficiency in Python and comfort with core software development practices. - Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or modern AI tooling (via coursework, research, or personal projects). - Curiosity, fast learning, and eagerness to tackle open-ended technical challenges. - Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally. - Curiosity about financial markets, algorithmic trading, and market microstructure. - Ability to think critically and clearly communicate complex ideas. --- ## Why Geneva Trading? - **Impact from Day One:** Work on meaningful projects that influence trading decisions. - **Mentorship & Learning:** Learn from experienced traders, quants, and technologists. - **Culture of Excellence:** Join a collaborative, high-performance environment. - **Career Path:** Top interns receive full-time offers after graduation. --- ## Compensation - **Hourly Range:** $55–65/hr - Final hourly rate depends on skills, experience, education, and qualifications. - **Application expected to close:** 10/23/2026 --- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
