**Project Sight Administrator (Houston, TX) — Full Time — Experienced** **About the Role** Hays Electrical Services is seeking a **Project Sight Administrator** to own the configuration, governance, and day-to-day administration of our **Trimble ProjectSight Enterprise** environment. You’ll be the primary system owner for how projects are set up and configured, how new features and configuration changes roll out across the organization, and how effectively the system is used in the field and office. You’ll also own the **integration between ProjectSight and our Vista ERP**, ensuring project, budget, commitment, and change order data flows accurately between the two systems, and lead training so project teams can use ProjectSight effectively and consistently. **Key Responsibilities** - **Configuration & Standards:** Build and maintain project templates, workflows, custom fields, security roles, and portfolio settings in ProjectSight to ensure standardized, scalable configurations. - **Rollouts:** Plan and execute rollouts of new configurations, features, and workflow changes; communicate with stakeholders; coordinate timing; validate post-rollout. - **System QC & Adoption:** Audit projects for configuration compliance and data quality; monitor usage; follow up with teams or leadership to improve adoption. - **Vista Integration Ownership:** Own the ProjectSight–Vista integration end-to-end (mapping, budget code/commitment sync, change order flow, and units of measure alignment). Monitor for sync errors and proactively resolve mismatches. - **Data Integrity:** Partner with Analytics, Accounting, and Project Controls to ensure downstream reporting accuracy (e.g., Power BI). - **Training:** Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for PMs, superintendents, field staff, and accounting; maintain documentation/SOPs. - **Vendor Liaison:** Primary point of contact with Trimble/Viewpoint support for troubleshooting, upgrades, and new feature evaluation. - **Support:** First line of support for internal ProjectSight questions/issues; escalate to Trimble support when needed. **Qualifications** - **2–4 years** administering a construction project management platform (ProjectSight, Procore, e-Builder, or similar), ideally in general contracting/electrical/specialty trade environments. - Experience with **integrations** between a construction PM tool and an **ERP/accounting system** (Vista/Viewpoint strongly preferred). - Strong understanding of construction workflows: **budgets, commitments (subcontracts/POs), change orders, RFIs, and submittals**. - Proven experience creating training materials and delivering training to varied audiences (field and office). - Detail-oriented with strong data QC instincts; comfortable auditing configurations and data accuracy/consistency. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Accounting/ERP, and Operations/Project teams. - **Vista (Trimble/Viewpoint) ERP** experience is a plus. - Preferred: **Trimble ProjectSight certification** (or equivalent). - Experience supporting rollouts/migrations (e.g., moving teams to a new PM tool or major configuration change). - Familiarity with **Power BI** or other reporting tools consuming ProjectSight/Vista data. - Basic **SQL/data-querying** skills helpful for diagnosing integration sync issues. - Change management experience; comfortable driving adoption across distributed teams. - PMP/CAPM (or similar) is a plus. - Bachelor’s degre
