Join a team helping define the next era of technology across hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, and the broader AI ecosystem. --- **THE ROLE** As a **Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer**, you’ll partner with the sales organization as a technical expert—understanding customer challenges, tailoring Everpure solutions, and helping drive technical wins during the sales process. **Location:** California *(#LI-REMOTE)* --- **WHAT YOU’LL DO** - Develop a deep understanding of what drives customer business decisions - Connect technology solutions (including the Everpure portfolio and ecosystem) to measurable business outcomes - Partner with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth - Provide technical leadership and domain expertise across storage products and architectures (DAS, NAS, SAN) - Own evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations - Build and deliver technical product/architecture presentations to secure wins with customers and prospects - Capture requirements and translate customer business needs into innovative solutions - Identify and drive opportunities for interoperability, functional testing, and performance validation - Support mutual roadmap and planning exchanges - Work with product and technical marketing to create supporting materials (e.g., whitepapers, web presentations) - Stay current with competition and ensure materials reflect differentiated positioning - Lead with market trends and thought leadership - Live the Everpure Values: **Persistence, Creativity, Teamwork, Ownership, Customer-first** --- **WHAT YOU BRING** - **Pre-sales experience required** - **5+ years** relevant experience (technology, design, and communications); enterprise storage/networking/systems/cloud/software experience preferred - Strong understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing architectures - Familiarity with modern web architecture (e.g., LAMP stack, scale-out vs. scale-up, AWS Well-Architected Framework, microservices) is a plus - Experience targeting new prospects and converting them into clients - Ability to contribute to and/or lead responses to **RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs** - Knowledge of current/emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN) - Experience with **Linux**, **NFS**, and Linux distributed network environments - Experience with distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory/storage subsystems, shared memory, cache, and windowing systems - Knowledge of digital transformation to **Cloud Native** architectures (On-Prem, Public Cloud, provisioning automation, containers) - Knowledge of **VMware**, LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking - Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices is a plus - Curiosity and passion for explaining/showing new technology to customers - Storage-intensive application familiarity (e.g., structured databases like SQL/Oracle) is highly desirable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US** - **Innovation:** Think critically, embrace challenges, and aim to be trailblazers - **Growth:** Support to grow and contribute to meaningful work (Fortune’s Best Workplaces
