## Senior / Technical Program Manager — AppEx (Snowflake) At Snowflake, we’re powering the era of the agentic enterprise. We’re hiring a **Senior / Technical Program Manager** for our **Application Experience (AppEx)** organization. AppEx is the engineering org that builds the surfaces developers and data engineers love—**Streamlit and Notebooks, Native Apps, Cortex Code, Snowpark drivers, and the developer platform** that ties it all together. This TPM will drive high-visibility programs across multiple AppEx teams and help define how tens of thousands of developers experience Snowflake every day. --- ## What you’ll do - Own and drive **complex, cross-functional programs** across AppEx engineering teams (application surfaces, developer tooling, AI-powered experiences, and the underlying platform) from **scoping through delivery**. - Partner with **Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers** to define program roadmaps, surface dependencies, and build execution plans. - Act as the **connective tissue** across AppEx sub-orgs (Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps, Drivers, AIML, Developer Platform) to keep programs aligned and unblocked. - Establish and maintain clear **reporting cadences** to track milestones, risks, decisions, and engineering health; **escalate** when leadership attention is needed. - Drive cross-org alignment on **shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing feature launches** spanning multiple Snowflake product surfaces. - Identify systemic friction in how AppEx teams plan and deliver; design **lightweight processes and tooling-backed workflows** to improve velocity and predictability. - Represent AppEx programs to senior leadership with **crisp, data-backed status** and recommendations. --- ## What you bring - **7+ years** of technical program management experience at a cloud software company, owning complex, cross-team programs end-to-end. - Deep familiarity with **developer-facing products** or **platform engineering**; strong understanding of what it takes to build great developer experiences at scale. - Demonstrated ability to work directly with **engineers and architects**, going deep on technical design when needed while keeping execution on track. - Strong cross-functional leadership skills—driving alignment across **Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market** without formal authority. - Comfort operating in **ambiguity**; ability to define structure and make progress when not all answers are known. - Excellent **written and verbal communication** with effectiveness across engineers and executive stakeholders. - Experience with modern cloud-native SDLC: **CI/CD, release management, and API-first development**. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. --- ## Bonus points - Hands-on experience with **Snowflake**, data platforms, or developer tooling products (Streamlit, Notebooks, Native Apps, Spark, etc.). - Experience with **AI/ML product development programs** or agentic application delivery. - Experience driving **developer ecosystem** programs (SDKs, drivers, developer relations-adjacent work). - Familiarity with program management tooling (Linear, Jira, Shortcut) and data-driven program health dashboards. - Prior experience in a high-growth, post-IPO technology company environment. --- ## Why join AppEx at Snowflake?
