You’ll be a technical force multiplier with a quantitative mindset and a strong understanding of how to use technology and data to solve hard customer problems. As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll roll up your sleeves alongside engagement teams to deliver impact. You’re not just a configuration specialist—you act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex datasets into actionable, mission-critical insights for senior national security leaders. This role is full-time and based in **Arlington, VA (Headquarters)**, with travel up to **30%**. **Scope of Responsibilities** - Develop expertise in Air’s clients, offerings, and data; support customers as a product and data expert - Execute successful implementation of software and data for Air customers; provide platform training - Use coding languages for technical platform configuration and data integration - Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product Managers to capture demand and user needs - Proactively drive product utilization through targeted training and engagement strategies - Conduct research and develop quantitative analytic reports and data visualizations using Air technology and data - Present data-driven findings concisely and compellingly to internal teams and government officials - Demonstrate knowledge in areas such as US Government programs, federal acquisitions, Supply Chain Risk Management, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis **Qualifications** - **U.S. Citizenship required** - **Security Clearance:** Must possess an active U.S. Secret-level security clearance at a minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, International Relations, Political Science, International Security (or similar), **or** 1–4 years of equivalent experience **Required Skills** - Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university - Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong aptitude for solving open-ended issues in unpredictable, unstructured environments **Desired Skills** - Background in strategic munitions or nuclear programs related to the Department of War - 2–6 years of relevant experience in national security-related analytics (data manipulation + visualization) - Some proficiency and regular development experience with **SQL** and **Python** (or equivalent experience in another object-oriented language) - Experience in or exposure to a startup/entrepreneurial environment - 1+ years of relevant experience in user support or user engagement focused on platform/product utilization - Knowledge of the defense acquisition life cycle, program management, technology scouting, and **PPBE** processes - Experience in advisory services, SaaS, or data analy
