Our models run on our own **NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD** built on **Grace Blackwell** infrastructure. --- ## **About the Role** We’re looking for someone to **own Corporate IT end to end** as Alembic scales—ensuring the company’s people, devices, identity, and tools just work. This is a broad, foundational role with room to define itself: **part hands-on IT, part engineering**, with a clear path to automate repetitive work so you can focus on building systems that scale. --- ## **What You’ll Do** - **Own the employee IT lifecycle**: onboarding, offboarding, devices, and access—so new hires are productive on day one and access is clean when people leave. - **Administer core SaaS and identity stack** (SSO, MDM, directory) with **security and least-privilege** as defaults. - **Be the first line of internal support**, then turn recurring issues into **self-service, documentation, and automation**. - **Partner with Engineering and Security** to keep endpoints, networks, and tooling reliable and compliant as we grow. - **Script and automate manual work** (provisioning, reporting, routine fixes) so IT scales faster than headcount. --- ## **What Will Help You Succeed** - Experience owning IT, systems administration, or IT engineering in a fast-growing company. - Fluency with identity and device management (e.g., **Okta/Google Workspace**, **Jamf/Intune**) and common SaaS tools. - Advanced scripting skills (**Python, Bash, or similar**) and a strong bias toward automating repetitive work. - Strong endpoint security sensibilities and experience (think **Jamf and beyond**) with good judgment. - A **service orientation** paired with **engineering instincts**—fix the ticket, then fix the cause. --- ## **Why You Might Be Excited About Alembic** - **Real ownership from day one**: the IT function for the whole company—yours to shape and build. - **Build, don’t just maintain**: freedom and expectation to automate manual work and design systems that scale. - **Support an elite technical team**: keep top engineers and researchers unblocked. - **Series B momentum**: meaningful equity at a Series B company that’s raised **$145M** with Fortune 100 traction. --- ## **Why You Might Not Be Excited** - You want a fully built-out IT function with established process for every detail—here, you’ll be defining it. - You prefer purely hands-on support and aren’t interested in scripting or automating away repetitive work. - You prefer static scope—this role will adapt as Alembic grows. *We have real paying customers and a playbook, and we still move at startup speed at Series B scale.*
