We work with the majority of the Top 500 firms in the country. ### The Role Join the team that owns **Aiwyn Practice**—the system of record for how firms track work, bill for it, and collect end to end. You’ll help build and extend the platform’s core practice management capabilities, including: - Project and time tracking - Resource management - Billing and invoicing - Accounts receivable - Visibility and confidence metrics so firms can trust every piece of work is tracked, billed, and accounted for ### Day-to-Day - Build the systems firms run their business on: own services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics to scale practice management without sacrificing accuracy or trust. - Partner with domain experts to translate deep accounting/firm operations knowledge into robust systems. - Build and extend APIs that Aiwyn, firms, and partners build on top of—making integrations seamless and usable. - Take projects from spec → ship → scale, owning work end to end (including areas outside your comfort zone). ### What We’re Looking For - **5+ years** of professional software engineering experience with a track record of full ownership. - Hands-on technical depth in domains where correctness matters (edge cases, accuracy, and domain depth are non-negotiable). - Experience in project management and/or fintech software (helpful, not strictly required). - Ability to bridge engineering and a non-engineering domain—building shared language and artifacts with domain experts. - **AI-native fluency**: clear perspective on where AI helps vs. creates noise. - Comfortable across the stack (backend, frontend, and/or infrastructure). **Bonus** Experience building or contributing to billing, ledger, workflow, RBAC, authentication, or comparable systems—especially where correctness requires composing hundreds or thousands of rules. ### What We Offer - Build on one of the most consequential parts of the Aiwyn platform in an industry poised to change permanently. - A direct, reflective leadership team that welcomes challenge and debate. - Real autonomy and ownership. - Competitive compensation and meaningful equity. ### Interview Process We’ll share a detailed interview plan on the intro call.
