You’ll have opportunities for real ownership, ship code as early as your first week, and receive dedicated 1:1 mentorship. You’ll work on challenging technical assignments and novel product feature work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. **What you’ll learn** - **Build and ship:** Design foundational aspects of the identity platform - **Partner with customers:** Work directly with customers to understand pain points and build product features - **See (and ship) scale:** Run tests at large “Super Bowl Sunday” scale using CSV data - **Cross-team collaboration:** Partner with product, design, post-sales, and sales - **Continuous learning:** Apply learnings from past projects to future work with your mentor and team **What you’ll bring to Persona** - Pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s** in computer science, engineering, math, or a related discipline - **Previous programming experience is a must** (we use Ruby/Rails, TypeScript, React/Redux, Android/iOS, and Python—but we value engineering skills over specific frameworks) - Proficiency in **full-stack development**, including **data modeling and schema design** - Ability to work **independently and collaboratively**, meeting deadlines - Comfortable discussing **positive and negative feedback** on large projects - Willing to be **in-person in San Francisco** and work from the office **Tuesday–Thursday** (WFH Mondays and Fridays) - Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment **Benefits & Perks (high level)** Persona offers a range of benefits for full-time employees (excluding internship/contractor roles), including medical/dental/vision (US), 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, mental health days, and professional development support. **Interview note** As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to verify their identity with Persona to confirm they are who they say they are (no impact on hiring decisions).
