## Software Engineer, Full Stack - Developer Insights ### About the Team Join our Developer Insights team building tools serving hundreds of engineers internally! ### About the Role We're improving the developer experience at DoorDash by building internal products, including our internal developer portal built on Backstage.io. As a platform team, our success depends on the success of the product teams we serve. ### What You'll Do • Introduce cutting-edge technologies to our engineering organization, including LLM-based tools • Build new features for Developer Insights • Improve developer experience across the organization • Collaborate across team boundaries • Contribute to upstream open-source projects • Mentor peers and lead technically • Context switch between frontend, backend, and data work as needed ### What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience with TypeScript/React frontend and Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go backend • Product mindset applied to platform services • Strong systems and software proficiency • Curiosity about different system architectures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) across the full development lifecycle ### Compensation & Benefits **Base Salary:** $130,600 – $192,000 USD **Benefits Include:** • Equity grant opportunities • 401(k) with employer matching • 16 weeks paid parental leave • Flexible PTO + 80 hours paid sick time (salaried) • Medical, dental, vision coverage • 11 paid holidays • Wellness benefits and mental health program *DoorDash is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.*
