**Manager, Identity & Access Management** **Mission Summary** We are seeking a hands-on results-driven Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and modernize our enterprise identity ecosystem. As an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) company, our security footprint spans complex cloud environments, edge computing, vehicle-to-cloud infrastructure, federated ecosystem partners, and a diverse workforce. **What You'll Be Doing** • **Thought Leadership & Governance** – Define long-term enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust principles and regulatory compliance • **OAuth Security Strategy** – Drive transition from user-consent to admin-consent frameworks across SaaS and enterprise applications • **Identity Federation & SSO** – Architect secure identity federation across multi-cloud environments using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC • **Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Partner with HR, End-User Services, and Endpoint Engineering to optimize identity lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding • **SLAs & Metrics (KPIs)** – Define and track operational SLAs for access requests, incident resolution, and account deprovisioning • **Agentic IAM Strategy** – Establish identity foundation for autonomous AI systems with runtime authorization and least-privilege scoping • **Okta Enterprise Management** – Serve as SME for Okta SSO, Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Workflows • **IGA & Compliance** – Oversee Identity Governance across human and non-human identities with RBAC/ABAC maturity • **SCIM & Provisioning** – Standardize SCIM-based provisioning across internal tooling and SaaS platforms • **Team Leadership** – Mentor and manage IAM engineering team **What We're Looking For** • 5+ years in Identity & Access Management; 2+ years in leadership/managerial role • Proven experience with OAuth admin-consent workflows and third-party app auditing • Deep expertise in identity federation across multi-tenant and hybrid cloud environments • Hands-on Okta experience (Certification preferred) • Track record integrating with HRIS systems (Workday/OracleHCM) • Ability to define and manage operational SLAs and enterprise IAM metrics • Strong software development/scripting background for custom integrations • Expert knowledge of SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, and IGA frameworks • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills **Bonus Points** • Okta Certified Administrator or Certified Identity and Access Manager • Experience with Okta Workflows, Event Hooks, SDKs, CyberArk, Active Directory, or JumpCloud • Automotive or autonomous vehicle industry experience **Location & Compensation** Based in Las Vegas office with required in-office days each week.
