About this role
**ICAM Sustainment Analyst** **Responsibilities** - Oversee daily operations, maintenance, patch management, version upgrades, and health checks for production and non-production ICAM components across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Provide tier-3 technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation for critical service outages (identity synchronization failures, authentication disruptions, certificate lifecycle issues). - Maintain operational availability for key identity services, including Directory Services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP), SSO gateways, Federated Identity providers (SAML, OIDC), PAM vaults, and IGA platforms. - Manage operational PKI processes (Smart Card/CAC/PIV integrations, SSL/TLS certificate renewals, trust store updates, and Key Management infrastructure). - Monitor performance, availability, latency, and resource utilization; establish proactive alerting, dashboards, and SLA tracking. - Author/update/validate operational runbooks, disaster recovery (DR) plans, failover procedures, and sustainment SOPs. - Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to track, analyze, and remediate technical vulnerabilities (IAVMs, CVEs, security baseline drift) across ICAM servers, databases, and application endpoints. **Qualifications** - **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field; **or** 5 years with BS/BA; **or** 9 years with a high school diploma. - Ability to obtain **Public Trust** with successful T3 investigation. - **CompTIA Security+ CE** or **IAT Level II** baseline certification. - Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills in incident-driven environments. - **Location:** Local and onsite in **San Antonio, Texas**. - **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizen. **Technical Expertise (Preferred)** - Experience sustaining core identity systems (e.g., SailPoint, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, RadiantLogic RadiantOne, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory/ADFS). - Knowledge of identity protocols/standards: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, and PKI/X.509. - Hands-on server administration (Windows Server, RHEL) and web server operations (IIS, Apache, Nginx). - Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) as they relate to identity stores. - Direct experience in Federal ICAM (FICAM) or DoD ICAM environments. - Scripting for automation and log parsing (PowerShell, Bash, Python). - Experience maintaining identity components in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, including Docker/Kubernetes. **Peraton Overview** Peraton is a next-generation national security company delivering trusted solutions and enterprise IT services for government missions across land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace. **Target Salary Range** - **$51,000 – $82,000** (typical range; final offer depends on experience, education, location, and contract/business factors).
