## Senior Developer - .NET, Angular, React ### Overview **Location:** Kolkata, India **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days/week in office) ### About the Role The Senior Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying software engineering principles across **design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation**. You’ll ensure **timely delivery of high-quality software** within release timelines, while providing **technical mentorship** and influencing **engineering standards** across the team. ### Responsibilities - Develop complex code based on functional specifications; complete logic and algorithm design aligned with established standards. - Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis; assess broader impact of changes and influence technical direction. - Test code to verify it meets technical specifications; create and apply **automated tests** (including unit tests). - Influence and lead team standards, processes, and events (planning, estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions). - Research complex escalations for production/software issues to ensure application stability; ensure compliance with product/industry practices and regulations. - Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback; recommend internal process improvements and product documentation. ### Technology & Tools - **Frameworks/Tools:** .NET, Angular, React - **Languages:** Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript - **Environments/Platforms:** Windows, Linux - **Open Source & Practices:** Build environments, delivery pipelines - **Testing/Integration:** Test automation, Continuous Integration (CI) - **AI Principles (listed):** MCP, RAG, Agentic AI ### Role Essentials - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with significant experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript). - Experience with **data structures, algorithms, software design**, and **continuous software delivery** in Windows/Linux environments. - Demonstrated experience with **build environments, delivery pipelines, test automation, and CI tools**. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to influence and mobilize teams and partners. ### What We’d Like to See - Experience with **.NET** and **Angular/React** frameworks. - Ability to translate goals into implementation of new ideas and design solutions. - Driven to learn and stay current; strong technology curiosity. - Experience with software application testing tools/methodologies and contributing to delivery pipelines (including test automation, security, and performance). - Ability to provide technical, constructive feedback; mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative culture. - Ability to build rapport, gain trust, and reach consensus across teams and stakeholders. ### About Hyland Hyland is the pioneer of the **Content Innovation Cloud™**, delivering enterprise intelligence that unlocks actionable insights and drives automation. **Learn more:** https://www.hyland.com **#HylandLife** ### Equal Opportunity Statement Hyland is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to an inclusive workplace.
