## Senior Level – Production Integration & Implementation Planning ### Responsibilities - Lead early planning activities to transition the **ClaimsCore** solution from **Proof of Concept (PoC)** evaluation to a scalable **production implementation**. - Partner across **Peraton, CMS, MACs, Cognizant**, and other technology stakeholders to define the integrated production implementation approach. - Develop the production strategy and roadmap emphasizing: - **Tier 1 interface integration** (inventory, ownership, dependencies, specifications, connectivity, testing, certification, sequencing, readiness) - **MAC integration & transition planning** (framework, onboarding/transition steps) - **Production implementation sequencing** (PoC → parity → readiness → onboarding → deployment → stabilization) - **Cost modeling** and **dependency identification** - **Resource requirements** and **operational readiness** - Translate PoC lessons learned and technical evidence into an executable production plan. - Contribute to key pre-production deliverables including: - **Production Integrated Master Plan and Schedule (IMPS)** - **Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)** analysis - Integration planning and MAC transition planning - Support development of program workstreams, critical path, stage gates, entry/exit criteria, implementation waves, and risks. - Coordinate with supporting teams on: - **Data Migration** (historical migration, reconciliation, validation, MAC-specific transition activities) - **Claims Accuracy & Business Rules** (business-rule migration, configuration, regression testing, claims parity/validation) - **Tech Ops & Security** (cloud infrastructure, environments, security authorization, performance, disaster recovery, monitoring, operational readiness) - **Change Management** (MAC stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, cutover preparation) - Develop and support the **five-year TCO model** (implementation, infrastructure/cloud, licensing, labor, integration, migration, operations/support, MAC transition costs, and other major cost drivers). - Identify assumptions and create **low/base/high** (or alternative) implementation scenarios. - Build staffing and resource models for stakeholders (Peraton, Cognizant, CMS, MACs). - Facilitate cross-workstream production planning sessions and ensure decisions/assumptions/dependencies are captured. - Identify implementation risks early and propose mitigation strategies. ### Qualifications **Required** - Minimum **12 years** with **BS/BA**; or **10 years** with **MA/MS**. - **TriZetto Facets** or comparable enterprise claims-adjudication platform experience. - Experience planning/executing complex production implementations across multiple systems, interfaces, and stakeholder organizations. - Strong experience in **healthcare payer** or **government claims-processing** environments. - Experience with **enterprise systems integration** and **interface planning/implementation**. - Experience developing integrated implementation plans, roadmaps, schedules, and dependency models. - Experience coordinating technical, data, operational, and business workstreams. - Experience contributing to implementation cost estimates, **TCO models**, or business cases. - Ability to work directly with senior government/customer stakeholders and technology partners. - Strong executive communication, facilitation, and planning skills. - Ability to obtain a **Public Tru
